In this episode we re-examine Dylan’s alibi through his interview with investigators with a new time of death in mind based on Dr. Arden’s findings and a witness who validates the time. We then discuss arrest warrants which led to Christians case being presented to a grand jury as well as the results of their ruling.

In this episode, we discuss the implications of a new time of death based on Dr. Arden’s findings. Given that Dylan placed the 911 call around 4:45, but Christian’s death seems to have occurred much earlier than that, it leaves room for questioning the validity Whitley and Dylan’s statements.
We hear from a witness at the apartment complex who heard the gunshot on February 26, 2014 and what she remembers from that day.
We also hear from Dylan himself, through an interview conducted by the Andreacchio’s former PI’s who spoke with him a little while after Christian died.
Lastly, we discuss Christian’s case being presented to a grand jury and the ruling on his case, and Bilbo’s recusal letter.
